Over the years I have personally collaborated my skills with multiple cleaning gigs on my own. Since then I have been trained in house keeping of large facilities, luxury homes to urban apartments , including several types of business offices .

Basic Residential Service
One bedroom
One time clean -$150
Weekly clean- $100
Biweekly clean -$125
Two bedrooms
One time clean - $175
Weekly clean - $125
Biweekly - $150
Three bedrooms
One time clean - $200
Weekly clean - $150
Biweekly $175
4 bedrooms and up
After 3 hours with the flat rate pricing an additional $50 per hour will be added for the service.
Basic Commercial Service
Commercial cleaning service - call for a quote
Areas of service includes offices, break rooms, conference rooms, restrooms, waiting areas/entrance, Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves etc
Additional cleaning services
Refrigerator cleaning - $80
Carpet cleaning - $100 per room
Laundry service - $25 per load
Windows - $75
Move in/out
Moving to a new place, can be hard and sometimes stressful. Lesson your load by hiring someone else to do this job.
Move in/out - $50 per hour
This service is a full top to bottom empty house cleaning. Sanitizing, all rooms, cleaning, walls, door handles, windows, baseboards, lightbulbs, light fixtures, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc…
